Sila Performance is a community for people who want to move better, get stronger, feel healthier, and build a body that actually works in real life. Whether you’re getting back into fitness, dealing with stiffness and aches, trying to lose weight, or looking to improve athletic performance, this group focuses on practical training that helps you feel better without destroying your joints in the process.

Expect workshops, movement sessions, beginner-friendly strength training, mobility work, recovery strategies, and real conversations about how to train smarter for long-term results. No intimidation, no fitness cult energy, and no screaming bootcamp nonsense. Just effective coaching, better movement, and a supportive environment where people can improve at their own pace.

Based in the Jacksonville / Jax Beach area. All experience levels welcome.
