Is pain holding you back from enjoying the movement your body craves? Have you been advised to exercise but your avoiding because of chronic pain?

Well, let’s join together to learn the movement method that Joseph Pilates called “Contrology”. It is now known widely as Pilates.
I want to meet those with chronic issues such as Arthritis, Low Back Pain and neck pain. My background in fitness goes back 23 years. Over that time, we have been able to develop effective approaches to overcome pain and restrictions to exercise or movements of everyday living.
I want to bring what I know to you. I’ve certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with specialties in Senior Fitness and Arthritis Fitness. As of now I am hosting a no cost demostration each Tuesday at 4:30pm
