@bhava.yogastudio and @movexmeditate are excited to host another movement meditation workshop on Saturday, February 28th.

This workshop is for you if:
You want to explore a new way of meditating
‍You are curious about how functional breathing can reduce stress and enhance performance (for athletes, but not only)
You are looking for a safe place to release tension and enjoy inner peace

No previous experience in meditation required but,
