Stand in Solidarity With Minnesota General Strike
Called for Friday, January 23
Community groups and unions in Minneapolis, including the St. Paul Federation of Educators, Unite Here Local 17, SEIU Local 26 and transit union ATU, have called for NO WORK statewide on Friday, Jan. 23 and a march in Minneapolis at 2:00 PM on this workday—in other words a one-day General Strike. Organizers are calling for solidarity actions nation-wide.
We are calling on all NJ unions, immigrant rights, anti-war and other organizations to join together on Sunday to plan coordinate actions Jan.23 to concentrate our forces for maximum impact and to agree on common slogans.
