We are State of the Heart Fitness located at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel and our 4-week program is for anyone looking to find more health & balance in one's life overall, but is also looking for some professional guidance & wanting to incorporate more movement, mindfulness & meditation into their lives.

Lisa Brisse - Exercise Physiologist, Wellness Coach & Founder of State of the Heart Fitness, along with Stacey Whittle - Registered Dietitian & Medical Nutrition Therapist, serve as your personal coaches through the 4 weeks which includes:

-Movement through various forms of safe & effective exercise

-Mindfulness - learning & applying the tools to make better & healthier food choices

-Meditation - through breathing & other stress relieving techniques
