Hi, my name is Dawn. I'm a Pilates and movement teacher and a current student of Will Chung and Trevor Gibbs. I've spent the past 15 years teaching Pilates and continuing my education through various workshops, seminars, and coaches. I have worked with Olympic athletes to incomplete quadriplegics and all body types in between. I studied around the world with preeminent doctors to learn more about fascia, lymph and how the body works.
I began studying under my current teacher, Trevor Gibbs, who introduced me to his mentor, Will Chung, shortly thereafter, and have learned how to be more grounded, centered and self confident under them. That is what I want to share with you.
Learning about movement principles has given me tools for weight loss ( I lost 30 pounds by learning how to move with more structure). I learned how the communication in my body is the same as the communication I have with others in life. These principles gave me the tools to talk to my loved ones with compassion and love while physically being grounded instead of judging or getting angry. Applying these lessons to my life, gave me the self confidence to make more money. I feel confident and strong in my body and mind and it feels amazing.

The training is a principles-based approach to movement for women with a focus on movement quality. The focus on quality leads to better awareness, which in turn leads to improved strength, mobility, conditioning, weight loss and building an injury resilient body. The coaching is all about making connections - in the body and what we encounter in life. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore movement and camaraderie with other women.
