This isn't the group for you if...

❌ There will be a heavy emphasis on combat specific drills, training, and conditioning. If you're not comfortable with some mild-to-moderate, and at times, heavier body contact, this isn't the group for you.

❌ A majority of meetups will be in the Park City area, so if you can't, or are not willing to commute to Park City, then this isn't the group for you.

❌ I want to cultivate an environment and camaraderie that's reminiscent of my teenage years, which involves the use of foul language, "ball busting", and, at times, loud, aggressive music...so if that's something you're not comfortable with, then this isn't the group for you.

*At first glance, this may seem like a brash, overly-aggressive group of douchebags, however, it's actually quite the opposite! This group is welcoming, caring, and will serve as a community and support system for those who join. However, it's also "my baby", and I want it to be an environment and community that fulfills the strong desire I have for camaraderie and community.

The ideal member for this group
✅ You're not easily offended, and you can jive with a 90's/early-2000's kind of humor
✅ You're not political, you're here for the community and connection
✅ Someone who's not afraid to get a little rough (i.e. moderate-to-light sparring; climbing up and over walls and objects; the occasional scraped knee; etc.)
✅ Someone in law enforcement, EMS, or someone who aspires to learn more tactical, self-defensive skills
✅ Male or Female between the ages of 18-40
✅ Doesn't have debilitating injuries or chronic conditions that keep you from moving in various positions and/or training at high-intensities

Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men and women who’ve ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation on Semaglutide and hormone therapies; slaves with white collars. Social media has us chasing views and clicks, doing workouts and following diets we hate to impress people don't know and don't like. We’re the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War’s a spiritual war… our Great Depression is our lives. We’ve all been raised on television to believe that one day we’d all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won’t. And we’re slowly learning that fact. And we’re very, very pissed off.

💥 Boxing gloves, mitts, and other striking pads for training

💥 CPR dummies; tourniquets; and other EMS equipment to train for emergency situations

About Me
Hi, I'm Ryan. I'm 35 years old, and I have an extensive background in martial arts, fitness, and other health-related industries:

  • Kenpo Karate; TaeKwonDo; Boxing; BJJ; MMA
  • Personal and Group trainer for over 15 years
  • Bodybuilding and Calisthenics

Over the many years of training, I've found that my favorite approach is a mixed-modal one. Not only do I strive to be jacked, but I aim to achieve agility, speed, power, and overall movement competency. One day may be more of a parkour day, where we traverse buildings and play the "hot lava" game, and the next meetup may be situational awareness drills, takedowns, and simulated knife fighting.

Here's a "sample menu" of what different meetups may look like, just to give you an idea of the amount of variety and the subject matter we may be covering:

✅ Parkour (emphasis on traversing awkward objects)
✅ Calisthenics | full-body workout
✅ Situational awareness drills with multiple attackers
✅ Heavy sandbag training (carries, ground to shoulder lifts)
✅ EMS Fitness (sprints following by tourniquet applications and dummy drags)

....yeah, as you can see, lots of variety. If any of that seem cool to you, and you meet the criteria listed above, we'd love to have you!

Disclaimer: by joining this group, you understand that there is a potential for injury because of the aggressive nature of the training we may be engaging in from time-to-time. Again, no one is here to hurt one another, in fact, it's the opposite, we're training each other for resiliency in order to avoid getting injured outside of a simulated environment. By reading this, and joining the group, you understand, and agree to the conditions, and understand that I assume no liability in the case that you may get injured during training.
