Part of the Richard Ehrman Memorial Feldenkrais Series
When we want to do well, when we are stressed out or trying hard to learn something new, we often manifest a lot of extra unnecessary tension in our hands and fingers. This interferes with our ability to be relaxed, learn and fully express ourselves. Because our hands have such a large representation in the brain, this tension spreads to our whole bodies as well as our thinking and feeling. Learn to release unnecessary efforts in your hands and you will experience a shift in the state of your nervous system. Your system will become relaxed free and available for learning, expression and creativity.
