The Movers & Shakers Multifamily Network - Westchester will be having our next IN PERSON meetup. This time we have Bill Hamel of Hamel Real Estate. Bill is an active multi family investor in NYs capital region and Florida. Bill acquired his first investment property at 21 years old and went on to acquire over 40 properties in the Albany area, self managing all of them. With over 30 years of hands on experience he is truly an expert in property management. He went on to leverage this experience to sell off his smaller assets and acquire larger Multifamily properties and currently owns 165 doors in 5 properties.
