This month we have Stephen Pearse of Hamel Real estate.
Stephen Pearse has immersed himself in the world of real estate investing over the past 2 1/2 years. He currently owns 62 apartment units in the Capital District of NY and a successful Airbnb in Tampa, Florida. He plans on using his investing, sales and account management experience to locate and operate large multifamily properties. Stephen is also a Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson.
Stephen Pearse received his bachelor’s degree in international business and Finance and master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Tampa.
