This time we have Larry Friedman, a seasoned real estate investor. He has been a full time investor for over 10 years primarily investing in the NY Tri State Area. Larry has seen the good markets and the bad markets and has invested in all of them. He is Co-Founder of SDF Capital which a is a real estate investment company that does over 100 transactions per year. He also a fund manager for Deal House Capital Fund. Larry has a background in finance and accounting and is a CPA. A native New Yorker originally from Flushing, Queens, Larry has lived in Manhattan since 1999 and currently resides on the Upper East Side with his wife and three children.
