Popular YouTuber Kane Parsons (The Backrooms: TV Series) makes his feature film debut with the highly-anticipated **BACKROOMS **starring Chiwetel Ejiofor (Children of Men), Renate Reinsve (Sentimental Value), Mark Duplass (The Morning Show: TV Series), Lukita Maxwell (Shrinking: TV Series), Finn Bennett (Warfare) and Avan Jogia (Zombieland: Double Tap).

TRIVIA:
- The Backrooms as a concept originated in a 4chan thread in 2019. The thread featured a single still image of empty yellow rooms and read: "If you're not careful and noclip out of reality in the wrong areas, you'll end up in the Backrooms, where nothing but the stink of old moist carpet, the madness of mono-yellow, the endless background noise of fluorescent lights at maximum hum-buzz, and approximately six hundred million square miles of randomly segmented empty rooms to be trapped in. God save you if you hear something wandering nearby, because it sure as hell has heard you."
- The production built around 30,000 square feet of Backrooms, which led to some crew members occasionally getting lost on set.
- The film maintains the aesthetic of the original viral short, which was created using Blender and After Effects.
