Mission Impossible: the Final Reckoning

"I need you to trust me.. One.. Last.. Time." So Tom Cruise solemnly intones into the camera during the trailer for the supposed end of this action franchise which Cruise has helmed for almost thirty years. I'll admit right now that I don't know a huge amount about the plot, except that it's fair to assume that it involves saving the world against theoretically impossible odds. But whether you're an action film fan, support Cruise's uber-earnest dedication to his craft and the survival of cinema, or simply want to watch open mouthed at the physical exploits of this now 62 year old man, this should be worth a watch.
