"Avatar" at Sun Prairie Palace Theater

Join us for "Avatar: The Way of Water," followed by dinner and discussion of the movie. This film is expected to garner multiple Oscar nominations, including for Best Picture.

We'll meet in the bar area (to the left as you enter the theater lobby) at 3:45. The movie starts at 4:00, and is about 3 1/2 hours long including the previews. When the movie ends at around 7:30, we'll go to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The choice of restaurant will be decided at the event by those in attendance.

Everyone will buy their own tickets to the movie. Please note that this movie is being shown on the theater's laser-projected "Ultra Screen" and the ticket prices are higher than usual because of this. Check the theater's website for price details.
