What happens when you are more familiar, kind, and collaborative with your body? Let's find out! When you sign up, let me know if you want to join in person or via zoom. A zoom link will be sent out 24 hours before class.

This class is for people who want to learn about the human that they are through both skillful and curious self-sensing as well as theory in physiology, evolutionary biology, anatomy, and psychology.

Kelly Lazzara ASMP will guide you through
• PME Method Somatic Movement and Perception Training
• Selected theory and embodiment of the theory
• Collaborative group reflection and dialogue

You'll develop your ability to
👐 Openly dialogue with sensations in your body
🫶🏼 Sense and perceive yourself with compassion, curiosity, and trust
💪🏽 Explore new ways to organize your body that feel good, for example new ways to breathe hold posture, and move

This class is a hybrid class where we can have two participants join us live in Bankers Hill and 4 students join us via zoom. If you are a zoom participant, please be prepared with a
• webcam and microphone and a
• quite space where you can move around freely and lie on the floor
