Process Group for Navigating Intimate Relationships
Details
This is a 4-week experiential group meeting Wednesdays from 6:00–7:30 PM. This group is designed to explore the patterns that shape how we show up in connection. While our defenses often develop for good reason and have helped us navigate past hurt, they can also limit access to the closeness and authenticity we deeply want in our relationships.
In this group, we will gently examine the tension between self-protection and connection, and explore what it means to take relational risks in service of more fulfilling and honest intimacy. Vulnerability will be approached as a relational skill—one that can be practiced with discernment, choice, and care.
The group process itself is the intervention, offering real-time opportunities to notice patterns, experiment with new ways of relating, and receive feedback in a supported space.
Open to all identities and relationship experiences. Registration includes all 4 weeks.
