We host a variety of donation-based weekly events that are open to all genders and some for women only. We have workout classes and community events. Come and join us!

Pole Dance 鋼管舞課

Join us for two special pole dance workshops. Learn the basics of pole dance or build on what you know while getting sweaty (because it is a workout!), feeling sexy, and having fun all at the same time!

We will start with warming up our bodies with some conditioning, then move into an overview of basic pole dance moves, learn a fun routine, and finish off with a nice cool down.

和我們一起參加兩場特別的鋼管舞課程吧。學習鋼管舞的基礎動作!一邊出汗(因為這是鍛煉!)並感覺性感又好玩!
我們將先熱身,然後講解基本的鋼管舞動作,學習有趣的基本招式,最後靜下來並收尾。



Maria has been part of MOWES for years now and loves it. She has teaching experience in Kids Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and added pole dancing a couple years ago to build a stronger body and to love and accept her shape and form. Now, it’s part of her life and she loves how it empowers her and the people around her. She cannot wait to share it all with you!

Full Body Workout 全身鍛煉
19:30-20:15

課堂小提醒:
*記得穿上妳美美的運動衣與運動鞋
*攜帶毛巾與水

Cardio, HIIT, yoga and dance all combined into this sweat inducing workout class. We will do a high tempo squats warm-up and then head into a series of interval training focusing on a full body workout.
Wear workout shoes and clothes
Bring a towel and water



Restorative Yoga 修復瑜珈
20:15-21:00

讓妳的身體、心神、與心靈都沉靜下來。如果想要修復健康、力量、與身體的狀態,這堂課非常適合妳。
我們會簡單的做一些拉筋的動作,接著帶領學員進入一段冥想,最後對自己表達感恩之心。

Calm your body, mind and soul. If you want to restore your health, strength, and well-being for the rest of the week, this class is for you.
We will be moving from simple stretches into a guided meditation and finish off by thanking ourselves for being who we are.
