This is a free event proudly supported by Mindful Peace Adacemy— a nonprofit dedicated to sharing the wisdom of Buddhist Dharma and Chan (Zen)-inspired living in a modern world.

The Dhyana Tea Ceremony is a meditative tea-brewing practice rooted in Chan (Zen) Buddhism.
It is not about performing a ritual perfectly, but using the 7 steps of preparing and brewing tea as a gateway to cultivate mindfulness, relaxation, concentration, awareness, harmony, respect and purity.

Approaching each tea gathering with the recognition that every sip, moment, and ensuing reflection, is unique and irreplaceable, fostering deep presence and appreciation for the here and now.

The tea becomes a vehicle for awakening - now, let us experience this moment of meditative tea-brewing and drinking, together.

There'll be a Wisdom Calligraphy session between 13.30-15.00, 4 Apr (Sar). Feel free to join one session or the whole Half-Day Dhyana Retreat . Free lunch will be provided.

In person in Greenwich, London. Free for all.
