This is a free event proudly supported by Mindful Peace Adacemy — a nonprofit dedicated to sharing the wisdom of Buddhist Dharma and Chan (Zen)-inspired living in a modern world.

Today, we are going to settle down, experience the Dhyana Tea Ceremony, a meditative tea-brewing practice rooted in Chan (Zen) Buddhism, and then study the Chinese character "无我” (No-Self), including the deep meaning and wisdom behind it and how to write it!

Slow down, sip tea and settle the mind. The tea becomes a vehicle for awakening.

Let the Chinese brush guide you into stillness.
