Many of us resonate with the idea of decluttering — simplifying our space, our minds, and our lives. Yet in practice, it often feels like a classic case of “easier said than done.”
In this Saturday’s session, we’ll explore:
“Decluttering” from a Buddhist Perspective
Together, we’ll reflect on how Buddhist wisdom can help us understand our attachments, habits, and the deeper causes behind clutter — both external and internal.
🧘 Session Flow
- A short guided body scan meditation to help us arrive and settle
- Group reading (we read aloud in turns — optional participation)
- A few minutes of silent reflection
- Open sharing and discussion of insights, thoughts, and experiences
