After being stuck inside during the state of emergency, we could all use a free dinner, great fellowship, and real conversation about resilience. But this night is only for single moms! Get Registered
Join us for our next MOMmoves session featuring journaling as a mental wellness tool—a simple but powerful practice that helps us slow down, process life, and strengthen our resilience.
We're talking resilience with Lesleigh Sanders of Cobb Collaborative and then Julia Davis, owner of The Book Worm Bookstore, will lead us in a creative session on journaling as a means of managing stress.
Why journaling matters for mental health:
- Helps regulate emotions and reduce stress
- Creates space to release what we’re carrying
- Brings clarity to our thoughts and decisions
- Builds self-awareness and emotional resilience
- Supports healing by giving our feelings a safe place to land
