MPressed Miles: LAUNCH Women’s Walk at White Rock 🌤

Welcome to the first official MPressed Miles walk!
This is a women-only run/walk community built on discipline, consistency, and growth.
We’re here to move our bodies, clear our minds, and show up for ourselves.
Location: White Rock Lake – Winfrey Point (950 E Lawther Dr, Dallas, TX 75218)
Meet near the parking lot by the pavilion.
⏰ Time:
9:30 AM – Meet & mingle
10:00 AM – Walk/Run begins
10:50 AM – Cool down / group photo / optional chat
All fitness levels welcome — walk, jog, or run at your pace. Come with intention and let’s build consistency together!
Note: The event will officially end by 11:00 AM, but feel free to stick around and connect afterwards.
