July Virtual Gathering Muslims for Progressive Values (MPV-SF)

Join us for a virtual gathering on a Thursday evening. Feel free to cozy up to the Zoom call with some tea or coffee, and join us for a discussion and hangout. Because it is virtual, we hope to see members and new faces from across the greater Bay Area.
This month, our topic is spiritual practices we find personally beneficial. We'll start with a go-around and likely move into an open discussion.
What practices help us? What do we struggle with? What are resources that we can share? Books? Community events? Salat? Walking in nature? Dhikr? Service? Activism? How do we find balance and closeness to Allah?
We welcome respectful participation from all, whether you are more of a secular or cultural Muslim, consistently practicing, or everyone in between.
