Mrs. Roper, portrayed by the incomparable Audra Lindley, was a beacon of bohemian style in the 1970s, known for her bold fashion choices and unapologetic attitude. Her love for flowing kaftans and oversized jewelry captured the imagination of audiences worldwide. Today, we pay homage to her fearless individuality through the Mrs. Roper Romp, a wild and wacky afternoon crawl through Hillcrest that celebrates freedom, creativity, and self-expression.
One of the most wonderful aspects of the Mrs. Roper Romp is its fostering of diversity. Just as Mrs. Roper defied conventional beauty standards with her unique charm and individuality, this event welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, shapes, and sizes to come together in a spirit of inclusivity.

Park Metro Realty is proud to announce that 100% of the donations from this event will go directly to Mama’s Kitchen, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing nutritious meals to individuals battling critical illnesses, including HIV/AIDS, cancer, congestive heart failure, type 2 diabetes, and chronic kidney disease. By participating in the event, you’re also making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. We will visit four restaurants in the Hillcrest area for food and libations. They are all very close to each other to avoid folks needing vehicular transportation. Once a participant pays, we will provide the schedule to you. Your entry fee includes a wristband that you'll pick up at the first location that will get you freebies and/or discounts at each restaurant along the way!
