They will present us different Financial & Control reports such as:
- Inter-Company Metrics- Position Paper
- Major Projects Report
- Project follow-up using the Gantt Chart
- Time & Labor Control Reports

Michel Ouellette:
Having worked for SNC-Lavalin since 2013, Michel played a key role in various finance projects and ERP deployments across Canada. He was then assigned to Romania for 2 years to set up a Finance Shared Services Center, leading Billing, Accounts Receivable & Financial Systems Support. Since his return to Montreal, Michel has worked on financial optimization and transformation initiatives such as the new inter-company process, workflow automation and the creation of metrics using PowerBI. He's currently managing the Hyperion Center of Excellence globally.
Gabriel Lainesse:
CPA by training, Gabriel has been working as an internal auditor at SNC-Lavalin since 2016.
His contributions have helped pioneer current efforts in the deployment of a data analytics program for the internal audit function.
He is also currently a part-time student of the Master’s Degree in Business Intelligence from HEC Montréal.
