SESSION DETAILS

In this highly interactive session, we will explore ways to leverage AI in general—and ChatGPT in particular—to help Excel beginners.
From testing prompts in real time to hands-on exercises, you’ll have the chance to practice Excel, discover new ways to combine Excel and AI, and probably learn some new tricks and functions along the way.
If you’d like to participate, feel free to prepare 3 to 5 questions so we can jump straight into your practical challenges.

With your help, we’ll also take a few “risks” and use ChatGPT live to observe the real biases and risks of using AI in action. (Hint: hallucinations still occur, but there are ways to handle them.)
We’ll dive into the exciting world of new opportunities—or even ventures—that can emerge from this collaboration between Excel and AI.

Although we won’t learn how to code in VBA, we’ll see how to quickly solve small problems using VBA and ChatGPT.
Last but not least, we’ll create a customized GPT-XL tailored to your domain of expertise. So, what domain interests you beyond Excel?

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Gaëtan Mourmant has been an Excel MVP since 2021 and built his first spreadsheet at the age of 11 to optimize a school project menu (carbohydrates, lipids, etc.). He also holds a PhD in Management of Information Systems and can help you automate your processes.
