SESSION DETAILS
This session explains some of the key concepts relevant to artificial intelligence (AI) for assisting in the realm of financial modelling. Various tools useful to the Microsoft Excel ecosystem will be discussed, with examples of what goes wrong, what is possible (as of now), which software we recommend, and what to be wary of.
Liam will be supported by three of the SumProduct team who specialize in AI and financial modelling. The session will consist of slides and examples, with Q&A at the end.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Liam heads a boutique consulting company SumProduct and is a 15x Excel MVP and author of over a dozen books on financial modelling, Excel, Power BI and AI. He writes for various accounting institutions around the world and has over 40 years of experience in corporate finance and consulting. Liam won the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award for Financial Modelling (FMI) in 2021 and was one of three finalists for a similar award in Excel (GES, 2023). Be careful of his sense of humour.
Liam will be supported by three of the SumProduct team members, who all have significant experience in AI and financial modelling.
