Our Microsoft Excel Fundamentals course is suitable for beginners and basic users who are self-taught. It would also suit individuals who would like a refresher course to fill the skills gap. Focusing on a ‘hands-on approach’ with real-world experience to keep training interesting and engaging.
Prerequisites
This course assumes the user understands the basics of using a Windows-based computer and students should be comfortable using the keyboard, mouse and Start Menu.
Benefits
At the end of this course you will have a good working knowledge of Excel basics. You will feel more confident using Excel and be able to create and format a spreadsheet and build basic formula using time saving tools learnt on the course. You will gain a good understanding of the Excel environment and basic functions and features. You will use some of the built in calculation and formula functionality that will allow you to explore Excel and become more productive in your work .
The course is held in a fully equipped computer training suite. Courses include Instructor led training by a friendly and qualified trainer with over 30 years' experience. The course is limited to 6 delegates who will each receive a printed workbook, cheat sheets, reference course manual (pdf by email or memory stick), a certificate on completion of the course and after course support. Courses include refreshments throughout the day.
