About us
Mt. Hood Rock Club is a community of rockhounds, lapidary artists, and collectors based in Gresham, Oregon. Since 1952, the club has brought together people who love rocks, minerals, and fossils—whether they are lifelong enthusiasts or just getting started. As a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit, the club is dedicated to promoting rockhounding, lapidary arts, and earth sciences through hands-on learning and community engagement.
