DATE CHANGE: Full Moon Hike from Pantoll

DATE CHANGE: Full Moon hike. 4 miles/ 150 ft elevation gain

This hike will be led by Docent Franklin Young. We are updating the date to avoid cloud cover, fog and possible drizzle / showers, hoping to maximize chance to see full moon on Thursday which has better forecast!

In daylight we will take the Old Stage fire road to West Point Inn. Once there, we’ll admire the rise of the Full Moon on a backdrop of city lights under clear skies if weather cooperates. We will return in the dark via the same Old Stage fire road.

Trails: Stage Coach fire road (unpaved). 4 miles/ 150 ft elevation gain

Hike limited to 19. Sign-up through Meet-up

Meeting place: Pantoll by the Friends of Mt. Tam trailer. There is a $8 parking fee at Pantoll.
