Mountain biking from La Llagosta to El Masnou (22 km)

⚠️ This route (22 km, estimated to take about 2.5 hours) includes several hundred meters of ascent and will require a good amount of physical stamina. Especially as the weather gets warmer, it's very important to bring enough water and food to prevent dehydration and exhaustion.

We'll start our bike ride outside the La Llagosta train station at 6:25 pm. Those who are coming from Barcelona can take the 6:05 pm train (R2N) from Passeig de Gracia (Renfe, platform 2). After reaching El Masnou, we can enjoy a drink on the beach before returning by train to Barcelona.

Most of the route is on gravel roads, with a few easy single-track sections. See the elevation profile and route map in the photo gallery for more information. The route is suitable for gravel bikes and mountain bikes.
