This is the second group of the Fighting Loneliness Movement in Montreal, built from the same community: meetup.com/mtlown behind our original activity-based and game night events.
Here, we focus on staying active together — fitness, outdoor sports, exercise, gym sessions, martial arts, cycling, running, kayaking, and more.
We're here to fight loneliness and the isolation caused by social media, and the excessive, compulsive, and mindless smartphone use—together. In a world full of screens, we prioritize real face time over screen time by building a fun, welcoming space.
