MTT Method – Mindset & Personal Growth Experiences
This group is for people who are curious about how small shifts in attention, perspective, and daily patterns can create meaningful changes in how we experience life.
The MTT Method explores simple but powerful ways to step out of mental overload and reconnect with a clearer, calmer state of mind.
Through a series of structured in-person experiences and gatherings, participants are guided through processes designed to help slow things down, bring attention back to the present moment, and create space for new perspectives.

The Reset is a structured 90-minute guided experience designed to help participants step out of that pattern and reconnect with a calmer internal state.

### What is The Reset?
Through a carefully designed sequence of gentle movement, breathing practices, guided awareness exercises, and guided hypnotherapy, participants are gradually led into a deeply relaxed state.
The experience takes place within a multi-sensory environment that engages several channels at once, including calming visual elements, specially designed sound frequencies, guided audio, and custom-blended aromatherapy olfactives, creating an immersive setting that helps the body release tension and the mind become quieter and more settled.
Participants remain fully aware and in control throughout the entire experience.
This particular Reset session focuses on Anxiety & Overwhelm and is designed for anyone who feels like their mind is constantly “on” or their body has difficulty fully relaxing.

Participants are guided through a structured sequence that gradually helps the body and mind settle:
Arrival & Intention Journaling
A brief journaling exercise that helps participants shift their attention inward and prepare for the experience.Somatic Release
Gentle rhythmic shaking movements designed to help the body release accumulated tension.Energy Regulation (Qi Gong)
Simple Qi Gong movements that encourage the flow of energy and restore balance within the body.Guided Energy Awareness
A mindful practice focused on bringing attention to the body’s energy centers and encouraging a sense of internal clearing and alignment.Nervous System Breathing
A structured breathing sequence that signals safety to the body and prepares the mind for deeper relaxation.Hypnotic Descent & Guided Hypnotherapy
Participants are gently guided into a deeply relaxed state of focused awareness where guided hypnotherapy supports new patterns of calm, clarity, and internal steadiness.At the end of the experience, participants are gradually re-oriented to the room and given a final journaling moment to capture insights from the session.
