The Anxiety & Overwhelm Reset™ is a 90-minute guided experience designed to help you step out of that cycle and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm.
This immersive session combines gentle movement, breathwork, guided relaxation, sound, and hypnotherapeutic techniques to help quiet the busy thinking mind and create the conditions for real mental and emotional reset.
The experience unfolds through a structured sequence designed to help both the body and mind release accumulated tension.
We begin with gentle movement to release surface muscle tension and physical stress while encouraging stagnant energy to move out of the body.
From there, guided breathing and relaxation techniques help signal safety to the body and allow the nervous system to begin settling.
Participants are then guided into a deeply relaxed, focused state where the busy mind begins to quiet.
In this receptive state, gentle hypnotherapy techniques help the mind release limiting beliefs and outdated emotional patterns, creating space for healthier, more supportive ones.
The experience is accompanied by calming sound frequencies, intentional sensory cues, and a carefully guided process designed to support deep mental restoration.
This session is designed for individuals who:

No prior experience with meditation, hypnosis, or breathwork is necessary.
