It focuses on geometric movements to block and counterattack, making it easy to learn and an excellent way to practice self-defense or improve your overall Muay Thai skills.

About Me:
I am from Hong Kong and began my first Muay Chaiya class in 2013. I wasn't very good at sports at first, but I gradually improved my coordination and emotional control. Training has boosted my confidence and positively affected my personal and work life.
