Muay Chaiya is one of the few remaining traditional styles of Muay Thai, with a history of 200 to 300 years. It is just as effective as modern Muay Thai boxing since they come from the same roots but offer extra benefits. This unique style focuses on using simple movements to block and counter an opponent's attacks and emphasizes using elbows and knees for strong strikes. It is easy to understand and a great way to learn self-defense or improve your overall Muay Thai boxing skills.

ABOUT Baanchangthai: Founded in 1996 by Kru Lek, Baan Chang Thai specializes in Muay Chaiya, an original style of Muay Thai from Chaiya City. The founder, a former soldier from Bangkok, discovered this art during his journey to Chaiya.
