About us
Semi Sparring is a way to simulate a fight scenario but does not involve actual striking of the opponent. This is fun and fantastic cardio workout with the risks of injury that come with traditional sparring. The focus is on footwork, positioning and defensive maneuvers. Beginners are welcome and coaching is included. Come meet new friends, gain confidence and have a blast!
