Beginner-friendly Muay Thai, Boxing & Kickboxing — all levels welcome
Ever wanted to try Muay Thai but felt intimidated walking into a gym alone? Or maybe you've trained before and just want a relaxed group to keep improving with? This is for you.
Muay Thai Together Berlin is a community-driven training group for anyone curious about Muay Thai, kickboxing, and combat sports in general—whether you've never thrown a punch in your life or you've got years of experience. No judgment, no pressure—just people training together, learning from one another, and helping each other improve.
I've been training in Muay Thai since 2022, and one of the things I enjoy most is helping newcomers take their first steps into the sport. These sessions are intended to share techniques, fundamentals, and training methods in a welcoming environment while continuing to learn and grow together as a community.
Beyond the physical side, combat sports have genuinely powerful effects on the mind. Training regularly builds confidence, sharpens focus, and gives you a real outlet for stress. There's something about learning to move, react, and hold your ground that carries over into everyday life—it's not just about fitness; it's about feeling more capable and grounded in general. If you're looking for a way to build both physical and mental resilience, this group is a great place to start.
The goal isn't to create champions overnight. It's to build a supportive community where people can learn together, train consistently, challenge themselves, and enjoy the journey.
What to expect:
Beginner-friendly sessions covering stance, movement, strikes, defense, and basic combinations
Opportunities for more experienced participants to refine techniques and train together
A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everyone progresses at their own pace
A safety-first approach with controlled partner drills, mutual respect, and absolutely no pressure to spar
A mix of structured technique work, partner exercises, conditioning, and open practice
Cost: This group operates on a suggested donation basis of €5–10 per session. The aim is to keep training affordable and accessible while supporting the time and effort that goes into organizing and leading the sessions.
Unlike a traditional gym, this group focuses on learning together in a relaxed, supportive environment without expensive memberships or pressure to compete. Whether you want to improve your fitness, learn practical self-defense, build confidence, or simply discover an amazing sport alongside great people, you'll find a place here.
Bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and an open mind. Gloves and pads can be discussed once we know the group size.
