#### About the Event

Nature is everywhere—even in the heart of the city! Join us for ‘Find The Nature’, a guided urban nature connection walk through Bristol City Centre and the Harbourside, where we’ll discover the hidden nature all around us. From wildflowers growing in unexpected places to birds nesting in city nooks, this walk invites you to slow down, engage your senses, and reconnect with the natural world in ways you may never have noticed before.
Using the 5 Pathways to Nature Connection, we’ll explore how small moments of contact with nature can boost our wellbeing, mindfulness, and appreciation for urban biodiversity. Expect guided reflections, nature-spotting activities, and interactive exercises designed to help you see the city in a whole new way.

## This Event is Part of the Festival of Nature 2025

We are delighted to be running this event as part of the Festival of Nature, the UK’s largest celebration of the natural world. Taking place from 7–15 June 2025, the Festival offers a diverse programme of in-person and online events across Bristol and Bath, including walks, talks, exhibitions, music, and more! This year’s theme is WATER, celebrating the vital lifeforce that sustains our planet.

#### Who Can Join?

This event is open to all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a nature lover, mindfulness enthusiast, or simply curious about finding nature in an urban setting, this walk is for you! Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
