Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of Winscombe & Sandford Award Land and the Strawberry Line with our FREE Connect3 nature connection walks, made possible thanks to funding from The National Lottery. This free session offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, ground yourself, and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. You’ll start with a guided meditation, followed by a mindful walk to connect with nature, and finish with a reflective group discussion to share experiences and build community.

## What to Bring:

• Comfortable walking shoes suitable for woodland paths
• Clothing appropriate for the weather
• A water bottle

Additional Information:
Refreshments will be provided at the end of the walk to allow time for a relaxed group check-out. Once you’ve registered, we will send you a participation form to ensure everything is tailored for your needs.
