This evening class is designed to help you relax and find presence through mindful, slow yoga flows, offering a balanced practice for all skill levels. Some flows are more energizing, while others are more soothing. Each class ends with a long relaxation to leave you feeling fully connected and balanced.
We keep our groups small to ensure personalized guidance and a more rewarding experience. To secure your spot, please book in advance using the link below. Each class is booked individually.

Details:
- This is an online class! Please ensure you’re in a calm space and wearing comfortable clothing so you can focus fully on your practice.
- Everyone is welcome—we embrace diversity and create a space where all individuals feel valued and supported.
- All you need is a mat. If you have additional props like yoga blocks, a blanket, pillow or bolster, feel free to bring them.
- Please arrive on time.
- We ask that you turn your camera on at the beginning of the class to join the welcome. After that, you’re welcome to turn the camera off if that feels more comfortable.
- The session will be recorded, but only the teacher will appear in the recording.
- Class will be held in English or German, depending on the group.

Regular Drop-In: Join any time with a €13 drop-in ticket for a single session.
5 Class Bundle: Just €50 for five yoga sessions.
This is a paid yoga event to help cover essential costs, including Zoom and Meetup subscription fees, allowing us to provide a high-quality experience for all participants. We aim to make these events as accessible as possible—if financial concerns are a barrier, please don’t hesitate to contact Anna in advance. We’ll gladly work with you to ensure you can still join our community and enjoy the benefits of yoga.
About the teacher
Anna is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She teaches Hatha and Slow Flow Vinyasa classes. With a focus on fostering mind-body connection, Anna creates a safe space for students to explore their practice with compassion and mindfulness. Follow Anna on Instagram @crescentcalmyoga.
