Lean UX w AppNexus/LUXr and The Ladders

On Monday, July 18th, we're excited to have back-to-back discussions focused on Lean UX.
First, we're sitting down with the AppNexus (http://appnexus.com/) team that just went through an intense cross-functional lean UX program with LUXr. They will be joined by their mentor Josh Seiden (http://joshuaseiden.com/blog/) and we're going to discuss key takeaways and lessons.
Second, we'll be talking with Jeff Gothelf (http://www.jeffgothelf.com/blog/), Director of UX at The Ladders, about his own lessons learned and the team structure and processes he has in place at The Ladders.

p.s. I know we should have done a better job the last two meetup events explaining when networking time was going to start and stop, versus the "content". So with that in mind: we'll kick off our interview of the AppNexus team no later than 7:30pm.
