The group is scheduled for 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Wednesdays so we can accommodate the widest range of participants:
Early Afternoon Attendance (2:00–5:30 pm) 🌞: – This time is for people who work from home, have flexible schedules, or are on shift work and are available before a traditional workday ends.
After Work Attendance (5:30–8:00 PM) 🌆: People who work a standard 9–5 job can join once they’re off work, ensuring they still have a chance to participate in the latter part of the session.
By spanning the afternoon into the evening, we create overlap between these two groups, making the session inclusive and ensuring people can join for at least part of it regardless of their schedule and meet people they may have never bumped into otherwise 😊
We’ve used Eventbrite for this, so there’s a small website fee of £1.13 added to each £5 ticket. Just something to keep in mind when booking.
