If you order any extra food or drinks , please settle your bill before leaving the event.• All prepayments are not refundable in any circumstance unless organiser cancels or reschedules the event.

• If you can no longer attend, please feel free to post in the event comment section to resell your tickets to other members and sort out the payment among yourselves. Just make sure if you inform the organiser accordingly .
