• £10 Deposit + £2 Participation & Admin fee (£12 total) per person is required from each participant within 2 days upon RSVP to secure their spot.

The £10 deposit will go to your final bill when you attend the event. The £2 participation & admin fee will contribute to the meet up group’s subscription fee and payment admin cost.
Deposit & Participation fee are not refundable in any circumstance unless organiser cancels the event.• This event has limited spots, only sign up if you are able to attend .
