• £15 Deposit + £2 Participation & Admin fee (Total £17) is required from each participant on the Going list within 2 days upon RSVP to secure their spot.

The £15 deposit will go to your final bill when you attend the event.
The £2 participation & admin fee will contribute to the meet up group’s subscription fee and payment admin cost.
Deposit & Participation fee are not refundable in any circumstance unless organiser cancels the event.
All attendees must settle the balance of your bill before leaving the event.

• We may take photos of the event, but if you are not comfortable being in photos, no pressure :)
