Deposit £30 and £2 participation fee (total £32) is required within 2 days upon RSVP to secure your spot.

The £2 participation & admin fee will contribute to the meet up group’s subscription fee and payment admin cost.

£30 Deposit will go to your final bill. All participants must settle the bill balance before leaving the event.

Deposit & Participation fee are not refundable in any circumstance unless organiser cancels the event .
