In collaboration with the Migrant Women's Social Group (MWSG).
Hosted by Pavithra from MWSG and Sneha from Thriving Away Collective.

Women Wellbeing Workshops
Reduce social isolation, improve integration and workplace. Focused on women from late 20s to under 50s, in the Tawa and Porirua area, looking for better employment and seeking to improve their English language skills.

If you are a multicultural woman, we want to hear from you!
We are organising several workshops to support multicultural women and their wellbeing. We aim to welcome women from various ethnic backgrounds and introduce them to a network of support, provide job-seeking skills and help them feel a sense of belonging to the community. Come along to one or all of our workshops! We want to make your journey a little bit easier.

First Workshop: Women In Confidence
"Confidence isn’t about being the loudest person in the room—it’s about the quiet courage to accept yourself completely." Join us to redefine your path, silence your inner critic, and build a foundation of authentic self. Led by Sneha Pulapaka, founder of Thriving Away Collective, a space for busy professionals to pause, connect and thrive.

What to Expect

  • Authentic Connection: A space to introduce yourself and connect with a supportive community of like-minded women.
  • Expert Insights: A deep dive into the pillars of self-awareness.
  • Interactive Perspective Shifts: Participate in unique activities designed to challenge how you perceive your own value and strengths.
  • Personalized Action Plan: Use reflective tools to identify what is holding you back and map out a clear, actionable path forward.
  • Sustainable Growth: Leave with a defined "Next Big Challenge" and the momentum to start it immediately.

Join us on this wellness journey and thrive! Morning tea provided.
