This Multifamily Deal Group (MDG) - Miami Chapter group promotes multifamily investors via meetings to network, learn and close deals. We find pride in members taking initiative and we see this group as a great avenue for members to network, learn from each other, and ultimately collaborate in an effort to acquire multifamily investment properties. This group has members of various multifamily investing backgrounds with experience ranging from duplexes to large 5,000 unit portfolios across the nation.

We meet every two weeks at 94th Aero Squadron Restaurant on the south side of Miami International Airport. Parking is free; however, every attendant must consume $12 to cover for your own drink/space in the restaurant. Upon arrival, please see the restaurant host or signs for location inside.

We love to share experiences and lessons learned in multifamily investing. We look forward to meeting enthusiastic individuals looking to learn, share, and close on multifamily rental investments.
