Structuring Your Real Estate Business to Win!

Do you ever feel like you may be leaving money on the table? Are you comfortable with how you’ve structured your real estate business? The reality is, by not planning carefully, many of us are unknowingly doing ourselves and our businesses a great disservice. We are also exposing ourselves from a financial, tax, and insurance perspective. This month, we will have Jonathan Oslin, an expert in these matters, to briefly discuss some tips that will help us. He will also lay out the right way to do things, the questions to ask, and actions to take as we try to grow our Real Estate investing businesses.

As always, we will have ample time for informal networking with both new and experienced investors and real estate vendors. This is an opportunity to come together in a relaxed setting to grow our connections and to potentially add value to each other.

As in the previous month, we will be meeting at a new location in Somerville, MA (see details below). Our host, Paradigm Energy Services, has graciously agreed to allow us to use their premises for this event. There will be light refreshments and some drinks (while supplies last!).
