Anthony Lawson is a knowledgeable, motivated and diligent real-estate investor. Anthony and his partners specialize in commercial real estate such as senior housing, assisted living facilities, group homes, sober living facilities, single tenant retail buildings and hotels. He is a local market expert in New Jersey and works throughout Detroit Michigan and Cleveland Ohio regions which he owns multiple locations throughout all three states.

Anthony began his real estate career six years ago in residential real-estate. He has collaborated with numerous joint venture partners to begin to create a dynamic team of investors with a wealth of knowledge specializing in multiple commercial assets. Anthony has found success by his responsiveness, attention to detail, integrity, and diverse local market knowledge. He graduated from the United States Army basic training in 2013 and gained more leadership skills while serving in the military. Moreover, his personal portfolio consists of 235 beds across the Midwest and northeast regions. His team provides leading edge in the current marketplace and always ensure their investments provide stable returns by investing in income producing properties.

Florida has been a recent market added to his list of top markets to invest in assisted living facilities! He prefers to have Senior Management Advisors provide property management services to all properties in the southeast region. This management company has over 30 years in the industry, owns and manages approximately 600 beds in the state of Florida. Added to the team is an experienced attorney Shaddrick Haston who was the former head of Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration’s Assisted Living Unit. As the head of the Agency’s licensure unit, he was responsible for the licensure of all assisted living facilities, adult family care homes, and adult day care centers in Florida.

In conclusion, Anthony decided the most efficient way to scale his operations is to become a fund manager. By opening his own private fund called Global Investment Capital Group LLC he’s able to buy multiple properties. This real estate fund is a debt fund that provides an investor or institution with a fixed return cross-collateralized against all assets in the fund. Lastly, He is active in the community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys spending time with family and friends, and outdoor adventures and loves to travel.
